Course Description

This is an ICF-accredited coaching certification program in which participants will develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to coach others effectively through experiential, competency-based coaching education. Grounded in evidence-informed best practices and aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Core Competencies, this program combines interactive instruction, guided practice, reflective learning, and structured feedback to build coaching capability and confidence. Participants will learn foundational coaching principles, communication techniques, active listening strategies, powerful questioning methods, and ethical coaching practices. Through real-world coaching conversations and deliberate practice, learners will strengthen their ability to foster growth, accountability, and purposeful change in individuals and organizations. Designed for professionals across higher education, healthcare, nonprofit, and business settings, this program supports both aspiring and experienced coaches seeking to enhance leadership effectiveness, professional impact, and personal development.
