Your Go Learn traveler portal is your one-stop shop to access information about your trip, view your trip’s status, create your payment plan and make payments, and upload the required documents and information needed for your trip.

To access your Traveler Portal, follow the link included in your registration confirmation email, or . In this email, you will also find the information you will need to log on to the portal.
To log on, select your trip name from the drop down menu. Fill in your:
If you have issues logging in, double check how these details appear in your registration confirmation email. It is possible they may have been typed incorrectly.
Click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the screen. It may take a moment for the portal to load. To avoid errors or duplicate submissions, please do not refresh the page, click the back button, or navigate away until the process is complete.
You will be brought to a welcome page. Click the “Next” button to begin your traveler intake form.
This short intake form helps us to complete your traveler profile and helps us gather all the information we need to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable journey with us. Fill out the following entries.
If your last name as it appears on your passport differs from how it was entered during registration, you will be prompted to update it here.
*If you make an update to your last name, you will be logged out after completing the intake form and will need to log back in using the updated last name.
Enter your emergency contact information.
*This is who we will reach out to if an emergency occurs during the course of your trip. For this reason, we recommend you use an emergency contact who is not traveling with you.
Finally, please let us know if you consent to having your name and email address shared with the other participants on this trip.
*We are often asked to share this information with the group to help coordinate things like airport carpools or resource sharing. We never share your information outside of the group participants.
After you complete the intake form, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
You will then be brought to a thank you page.
Click the “Back to the Portal” button to access your main Traveler Portal.

Welcome to your Go Learn Traveler Portal!
At the top of this page, you will see the current status of your trip.
Please note: We do not confirm a trip until we reach the minimum number of travelers.
Do not book your flights until you see that the trip is confirmed. We’ll also send you an email letting you know when the trip moves to confirmed status.
On this page you can also see your balance owed and your To Do List. At the bottom of the page you can select an action item or check the “View Trip Information” box to see more details about your trip.
Pay close attention to your To Do List. This will update based on what information we need from you as we prepare for your trip.
Checking the “View Trip Information” box will bring up further details about your Go Learn trip. Here you can see:
*If you see an error with your room type (i.e. you registered as Double Occupancy but Single Occupancy is shown), reach out to Go Learn to get that corrected.
In this section you will also see details on:
If you would like to hide the trip information details again, simply uncheck the “View Trip Information” check box.
When we get closer to your trip departure date, you will also see a checkbox for “View Pre-Departure Meeting Details”. Checking this will bring up information on our pre-departure meeting, including the Zoom link to access the meeting virtually.
This information will also be sent out via email.

To manage payments for your Go Learn trip, select the “Payments” action item on your main Traveler Portal page. This will bring up a box prompting you to set up your payment plan. Check the box and click the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen.
You will be given the option to pay in either one or two payment installments. If you would like to split your payment into further installments, contact Go Learn directly.
Please note: If registration for the trip occurs within 90 days of the trip’s departure date, the option to set up a payment plan may no longer be available and payment may be required in full.
To proceed, choose your payment schedule, review and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click the “Next Page” button at the bottom of the screen.
Here, you may review your selected payment plan. If you would like to change your selection, use the “Previous Page” button at the bottom of the screen.
Select if you would like to make your first payment now, or wait and pay later. After making your selection, click the “Submit” button.
If you opted to make your first payment now, you will be brought to the payment screen. Enter your billing information and card details to make your payment.
Please note: Payment details are not stored on file and that second payments will not be automatically charged. You will need to log back into your portal to make any additional payments.
After setting up your payment plan, you should receive an email confirming your payment plan details. Keep this email for future reference.
To make future payments, log back into your Traveler Portal and select “Payments” under the action items.
Click in the box under “Select a payment to populate the fields below.” This will bring up a list of your planned payments.
Select the payment you would like to make and carefully review the payment amount, payment note, and due date.
If you are ready to make the payment, check the “Ready to Pay” box and click the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen. You will be brought to the payment information screen to complete your payment.

Your traveler portal gives you a secure option to upload required documents for your trip. To do so, select “Needed Documents” under the action items list on your main portal page. Click in the search box to bring up a list of outstanding documents.
Please note: Required documents may vary based on your trip’s destination.
Selecting a document from the list will bring up the status and instructions. The document will only appear in the list if it is in Needed or Pending status. Accepted documents will no longer appear in your list.
When you are ready to upload the document, check the box and click the “Next” button at the bottom of the screen.
If you will be staying in your destination extra days outside of the Go Learn trip itinerary, please let us know using the text box provided.
Click the “Choose File” button. This will bring up your computer’s document explorer for you to find and select your documents. After uploading your document, click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page.
After submitting your document, you will be brought to this Thank You page. Use the “Back to Portal” button to return to your portal’s main page.
After submitting your document, the item status will show as Pending. Once the document is approved, it will be removed from your “Documents to Upload” list.
Please note: If we notice any issues or have questions about your document, Go Learn staff will contact you directly.
