Our goal is to make your Go Learn experience smoother; from registration all the way through your trip. Moving to a new system allows us to better track traveler information across trips, prevents duplicate registrations, and gives you more control over your trip information. The new traveler portal also allows you to make payments online instead of calling in and gives you an easy and secure method of getting required travel documents to us.
You鈥檒l access the registration page in the same way you are used to: either via the registration button on the trip webpage, or via the link in the announcement email. Once on the registration page, you鈥檒l be prompted to select if you are registering for single or double occupancy and will be given the option to register up to two rooms (four travelers). You will then be asked to review the trip鈥檚 activity level to affirm if you are physically able to participate in the trip. Finally, you will enter your contact information and make your deposit.
One person can register up to four travelers (two rooms) at a time. Those looking to register a larger group should complete multiple registrations.
The traveler portal is a personalized webpage where you can view the confirmation status of your trip, review your balance owed and trip to-do list, manage your payment plan and make payments, upload required documents like flight itineraries and passport copies, and view your trip鈥檚 pre-departure meeting information.
Absolutely. Your portal gives you a central location to view your trip info, but we鈥檒l still be sending out all important communications via email.
If your trip is in 2026, this change will not affect you. Trips in 2027 and beyond will have access to the traveler portal. We will be communicating with you on an individual trip basis. Keep an eye on your email and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Your traveler portal is unique to each trip reservation. If you have taken a previous Go Learn trip, information for that trip will not show up in your current trip鈥檚 traveler portal. Likewise, if you are enrolled for multiple upcoming Go Learn trips, you will have a unique portal for each trip.
You will be given a link to the traveler portal in your registration confirmation email. You鈥檒l also find a link at the bottom of all subsequent emails you receive about your trip. Travelers already registered for 2027 trips will receive a separate link directly from Go Learn. The first time you log in to the portal, you will be prompted to fill out a traveler intake form for your trip. You will only need to do this once for each trip.
Please reach out to Go Learn directly, either by using the 鈥淪end us a Message鈥 link at the bottom of the page, by phone at 801-581-5970, or via email at golearn@utah.edu.
Your trip status will be listed at the top of your main portal page. Please do not purchase your flights until you see that the trip has been confirmed. We will also send out an email as soon as the trip is confirmed.
We only accept online payments via credit or debit card. If you wish to pay with a check, please visit Go Learn鈥檚 offices at:
540 Arapeen Dr.
Salt Lake City,
UT 84108.
Our standard payment plan is one or two payments. If you would like to request a payment plan with additional payments, please reach out to Go Learn directly. After setting up your payment plan, you are welcome to make the agreed payments at anytime prior to the payment鈥檚 due date.
Your required documents will be listed in the dropdown menu in the 鈥淒ocuments鈥 section of your portal. After you submit a document, it will show as status 鈥淧ending鈥 until it is reviewed and accepted by the Go Learn team. Once your document is accepted, it will no longer appear in your list.
If you need to replace a document, for example if you get a new passport or change your flight itinerary, please email Go Learn. We will change the document status in your portal back to 鈥淣eeded鈥 so that you can reupload.
If you have a question at anytime during this process, please feel free to click the 鈥淪end us a Message鈥 link at the bottom of the registration page. You are also welcome to reach out by phone at 801-581-5970 or via email at golearn@utah.edu.
